Purpose and Scope of Application:
The goods represent a specialized programmable controler (assembled printed circuit board with electronic components)
designed for the automated control of a mechanized sampling probe.
It is used at agricultural enterprises and sugar factories as part of an automated sugar beet quality analysis line. Not intended for
household use.
Operating Principle:
The control unit colects data from limit switches, position and pressure sensors of the probe (via analog and digital inputs),
processes the received information using a microprocessor, and outputs control signals (via digital outputs) to hydraulic/pneumatic
valves and electric motors that drive the probe. Built-in communication interfaces are used for integration into the general factory
network and communication with other line modules.
Technical Specifications and Interfaces:
The goods are equipped with the folowing set of inputs/outputs and communication ports:
● DI (Digital Inputs) — 40 pcs: Digital inputs for receiving “on/off” signals from position sensors, buttons, and limit switches.
● DO (Digital Outputs) — 24 pcs: Digital outputs for sending control signals to actuators (relays, contactors, solenoid valves).
● AI (Analog Inputs) — 4 pcs: Analog inputs for receiving continuous signals from sensors (e.g., pressure or weight sensors)
in voltage or current format.
● CAN — 2 pcs: Industrial network interface (Controler Area Network) for reliable data exchange with other microcontrolers
and line modules.
● RS232 — 2 pcs: Standard serial interface for direct connection of diagnostic equipment or peripheral devices.
● RS485 — 2 pcs: Industrial serial interface for communication with frequency converters or remote I/O modules over long
distances.
● Ethernet — 2 pcs: Ports for connecting the controler to the enterprise local area network (LAN) and transmitting sample
data to the upper-level server.
● Operating Voltage: 24V DC.
