A programmable control unit designed for use in specialized laboratory equipment for measuring sugar beet quality. Each set consists of a main control printed circuit board (PCB) and a display board (Human-Machine Interface – HMI), which are interconnected by a special cable.
Main Board: A unified controller serving as the central control hub. It is equipped with the following ports and interfaces:

Digital Inputs (DI) — 6 pcs: Opto-isolated input channels for receiving discrete control signals from external sensors, limit switches, and buttons.

Digital Outputs (DO) — 6 pcs: Output channels (transistor/relay switches) for switching and controlling actuators, such as electromagnetic valves and external drives.

RS485 (Modbus) — 1 pc: Industrial communication interface for data exchange and controlling Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) using the Modbus protocol.

RS232 — 2 pcs: Serial interfaces for connecting HMI panels and additional peripheral devices.

I2C — 1 pc: Internal board bus for communication with integrated sensors and expansion microcircuits.
Display Board (Model SBDC-26 mini): Capacitive touch IPS LCD display HMI with a UART interface, 3.5-inch diagonal (reduced screen size).
Purpose and Area of Application: These control units are component parts for laboratory devices designed to evaluate sugar beet quality (intended for assembling the buyer’s final product). The board integrates the control of dispensers and filters. The equipment is designed for the subsequent connection of drives, valves, and similar elements, followed by the installation of the entire system into the housing of the final measuring device.
